Feeling a bit under the weather from my Covid booster so didn’t go up in weight for my last few sets. The RPE for 175 last week was like a 6.5 and today it was an 8.5 so I made the right choice. 😂 Working on not hinging too much at the hips on the way up and keeping my chest up.
I was quite blind at the board this morning. I read 5 reps instead of 3 reps. I usually get closer to check but I didn’t this morning. Not sure if that mattered a whole lot in the long run. I worked up to 240lbs x3 reps. I wanted to get to 255. Not today. A little tired on forth day but I felt good about my performance even with the added reps:)
