2000 m row

Coach’s notes:  As fast as you can go for 2000 m.  This workout should take somewhere between 7 and 10 minutes.  Post time to complete to comments.

I did this yesterday, it is a toughie. You are not doing a 500m or a 5K. Go out hard and then just try to hang on.
Time was 7:40
Goal of 7:00 here I come.
