Back Squat – 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5

155 / 165 / 170 / 175 / 180 / 185……
ran out of time or I would have tried 190


Neil – went up to 155 lbs and then worked on form, tracking my knee over my foot
Judy – went up to 79.5 lbs x 4 and then practiced keeping my upper body straight and my nose off the ground 🙁
Great work Amy for going over 100 lbs…102.5 to be exact!!
Also Katie and Liz you guys did terrific!!

Front Squat x 1 max 20 min.

warmed up with 45/65/85
105/115/125/130/135/140/145/150 definately a PB @ 150!

Then…
30, 20, 10 for time
jumping chin ups and db swings @ 30lbs

150 with a cold! imagine what you can do when you are feeling better!! Awesome work!!
