B.1: 6xBody Weight on rings, 6x .7 pood on rings, 6x 1.25 on dip bar, 6x 1.5pood on dip bar, 4x 1.5 pood on rings.

My whole back started to seize up after the last few days around round 4…..and I lost the will to live! Rallied for rnd 5!

Did dips on a pair of bars. Went really deep – pretty much shoulders to the bars.

1 – 1:20.6 – 6XBW
2 – 1:32.0 – 5X10#
3 – 1:31.8 – 4X10#
4 – 1:39.1 – 5XBW
5 – 1:30.0 – 4XBW

Stretched most of the rests out past 2 minutes on account of my decrepitude. 15 minutes after finishing the last row my heart rate was still 112 bpm.

A1. Had a Foundations session right after class and never got back to my rower to check times. They all felt terrible though.
