1 round for time:
 
100 unders
90 back extensions
80 squats
70 sit-ups
60 lunges
50 push-ups
40 box jumps
30 wallballs
20 burpies
10 pull-ups

Coach’s notes:  Use 24″ for box jumps, sit-ups anchored or unanchored.  Wall balls 20lbs to 10″ and 12lbs for gals.  Burpies no push-up.  Post time to comments.

Judy 20 inch box jumps, wallball – 1st 10 at 10 lbs next 20 at 8 lbs, pushups from knees, assisted pullups with blue band for a grand total time of 32:03

Outdoor Class-

2 rounds of:

140 meter run with a 10 slosh pipe filled with water (50lb weigth) + 20 ring dips off a tree
140 meter tire pull (tire is ~50lb) + 20 “tree” balls
140 meter run with 50lb sandbag + 20 band resistance push ups
140 meter run with a big ball filled with water (one of the worst exercises I have ever done!) + 20 push up burpees with a definite clap overhead (yeah more burpee’s)

All of these were done with a partner. For instance when partner is doing one of the exercises the other is doind the run and they switch when each is done the resepective exercise…

1st round: 12 min
2rd round: 11:58


the 10 in front of slosh pipe should say 10 foot long…
