A. As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) in 12 minutes of:

10 Push Press – 135#/95#
50 Double Unders

B. Spend 20 minutes working on your headstand/handstand balance and walks.

Scaled to 95# on push press. This was about right. Good challenge. 6 rounds even. More trips than I would have liked on the DUs today, but not terrible. Hand stand stuff was fun, felt like maybe a bit of progress.

Dipped past 12 mins by a few seconds to get my last 10 double unders.
8 rounds.
Went unbroken on PP until round 8, then split 5/5.
Unbroken on 5 of the 8 rounds of DU’er’s.
Love couplets.
Oh, yah, cheated on one PP, was definitely a Push Jerk on my 10 rep in about round 5 or 6?
Counted it anyway…………….judge wasn’t looking;)


7r + 1 Rx’d. Did all the PP as 5/5.

5 or 6 rounds + 10 push press.
Push press at 115#. These got heavy fast. Unbroken for the first two rounds then tried to go 6/4 the rest of the way.
Double Unders were garbage 🗑 again. These continue to be an on-again, off-again movement for me. Limited to the frustration to no more than a minute each round.
