30 Shoulder Press

Coach’s notes:  Guys use 85 lbs for the press and 20 lbs for the wallballs.   Gals 55 lbs for the press and 12 lbs for the wallballs.  Post time to complete to comments.

How did you get Michelle to stay still long enough for a picture?

Usually I don’t squat to a ball, but this time i did and it felt easier.

Shoulder presses were killer!!
