Realized I posted this to the wrong day and I can’t edit it but this is for August 25^^
3:19 Rx’d. I felt slow, but apparently beat last time? (4:11 Aug 13 2020, https://crossfitcalgary.ca/wod/thursday-august-13-2020/#comments) Started good with a good big set (must have been the great Ragnar warmup), fell apart and had to really slow down/focus on the last 5-10 reps. Worked on some power snatch after (why not, it was already setup and warm…)

My intention: Get my lifting rhythm with a weighted bar started again. Get used to snatching the bar. Test my feet… as usual these days.
Climbing out of the covid hole. I did ok. 95lbs is a weight I could do around 15 reps straight with. Today I tried something different. I did 30 singles. Felt a little weird but it felt right today.
My feet are pretty sore a couple hours later but are not swelling up. Standing on my tip toes is very uncomfortable. Still healing. I’m a little impatient.
Love the accessory work afterwards.
3:19, felt slow but I guess faster than last time (4:11). Big set off the start felt good, went rapidly downhill from there. Used extra time to practice power snatch (equipment was right there and I was already warmed up!)
