Part A: WOD – Coordination felt awful, especially when using left foot forward, so mostly worked with lighter weight (97lb) and sets of 6-8 reps. Did a sets of 3 at 117lb.
Part B: Day 3 of my twice a week squat experiment. Got the full 20 rep in one set at 162lb. Next time will be at 167lb. bwt=152.

125 was max weight I have at home, which included a pair of 10 lb rubber DB’s zip tied to the bar!!

After 202 form slipped. Split lunge got shorter instead of deeper. Need more work with 200+ loads to get used to them
