AMRAP in 20 minutes:
70 meter sprint 10 vertical jumps 70 meter sprint 35 meter med ball roll (difficult to explain and even harder to perform) 35 meter wheel barrel
All this is done with a partner and when one is performing the exercises the other is resting…
