 Crescent Heights Outdoor class

55(assuming that the wood plates are 5 lbs/each)
60/85/85/85/85


outdoor class:

warmup – 4 rounds

10 med ball cleans
10 pushups
10 situps
10 broad jump burpees (not very fun)

WOD

AMRAP in 20 minutes:

70 meter sprint
10 vertical jumps
70 meter sprint
35 meter med ball roll (difficult to explain and even harder to perform)
35 meter wheel barrel

All this is done with a partner and when one is performing the exercises the other is resting…
