More GHD so soon?
My poor belly…. 🙂
Oh wait a sec…. ghd BACK Extension! phew. Nevermind.
21:59 scaled to 25 lbs
Flexibility was a huge issue with the DB snatch. Surprisingly, by the end of the workout the snatches with my weak arm were feeling better than the snatches with my strong arm.
Modified (‘cuz I’m special)
L arm – 20#, R arm – 10#
19:05
17:56 scaled to 25#- almost broke my nose doing the back extensions!
20:08 20lbs another hard workout- very little flexibility on my left side.
23:21 i think… way scaled to 20lbs and then switched to 15lbs after the back ext in the 2nd round to keep form and pace… i really like the db snatch movement but i find it very challenging and requiring super focus.
Neil – 25 lbs 19:56
Judy – 5 lbs 🙁 23:00
Snatches are tough
30# 22:19
Wow this was tricky. Still feeling tuesday’s deadlift sets maybe?
23:45 Scaled to 20#
(Attempted 25# on first set with left arm, but only lasted about 10reps before switching down to 20#)
Had good flexibility most of time.
