Devils press – 10 reps (unbroken) X 5 sets, rest as needed. 

Note:  Ascend in weight if possible.

Loved this workout.

Did knees to chest 10,10,5 twice, then 10,5,5,5
Rowing 400 under 2:45

Devils Press ( this was not a post workout cooldown )
Instead of increasing weight, I increased the difficulty in technique to challenge my injured feet. I used 25lb dumbbells. Worth it to find out I can challenge myself with more weight.
