A. Spend 20 minutes working on the following complex:

Squat Snatch/Hang Squat Snatch X 2/Overhead Squat X 3

B. As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) in 20 minutes of:

8 Ring Dips
6 Toes to Bar
4 Strict Pull-ups

Life is fluid… so was this WOD.

I was psyched and in the flow for snatches first, then ended up doing the AMRAP first which made my shoulders tired and made my snatch complex feel super gross. An interesting thing to adapt to. My goal was 95#. I got to 85#. My shoulder strength was so out of synch with the rest of my body. I enjoyed the challenge.

AMRAP:
Ring dips, I worked on being stable at the top and lowering myself into the push position which I had to use my toes to assist. Very strict. Super hard.

Worked on kipping and toe touches without tearing calluses and injuring my shoulders. My shoulders felt pretty good so I made sure I did 3 to four solid touches ever time. Very happy with my progress.

Pull Ups: Green band. Focused on getting elbows back and squeezing. Felt good. Not where I want to be but it’s where I’m at.

I let myself rest a lot. Still did 7 rounds.
