Steve G, I left a post on Saturday but in case you don’t see it. Go to either Gord’s Running store at 919 Centre St N or the Tech shop in your neighbourhood as ask for a pair of racing flats. Racing flats are usually pretty inexpensive as there isn’t much too them. All the major brands – Nike, Adidas, New Balance and Brooks make good ones. I’ve had the Nike Zoom Elite and the Brooks Burn before.

was trying for 25 rounds…the pull ups were limiting for me….lost my cadence…push ups were good and squats were good….
good job to everyone today in both morning classes!
