D. 52 – garbage capacity strikes again…33 in the first 60s then my body just quit.
E. 24’ – not much left in the shoulders by this point.
B. 5:32 @ 80# – these completely lit up my low back as usual.

D: 63 rxd. Tried to beat Ryan but missed it by 4.
C: 5:30 @ 75#. Went really well until the last 4 then failed 4 and took 2 minutes to finish.
B: 2:10 @ 50#. Need to try the 80# next time.
E: messed around with wall walks and lateral steps
A: ran out of time but tried a couple half hearted attempts on the low bar.

C: 5+ mins @ 32#. Mobility was great and they were good at the start. Then I got to 13 and fell twice. Had to finish with 3 power snatches.
D: Did my first ever box jumps! Used the little stool. Managed 20. Next time I think I’ll go higher.
A: 20 ring rows (as horizontal as I could go) and 20 candlesticks
B: Tried the 50#. Got to 10 and ran out of time.

Too many things on the schedule today, so arrived late and only got to two parts of the WOD done before the Teens started coming in and had to help with some admin………….having said that there is no way I had the stamina for all 5 sets today anyway.
D-ball – 4:3???? @ 125#
