Scaled weight to 105ibs
12:49
Oops scaled to 115ibs
14:35 as rx’d.
It felt heavier than last time right from the get go. I tried to push the last round to beat my PR, but I failed rep 6 at 13:56, and took 20 seconds to go again.
13:51 with 135 lbs vs last time (July 25) at 14:23 with 115 lbs.
15:52 as rx’d ….almost 4 mins better than last time…..thanks for the push KP!
Thank Kris
15:14 as rx’d …. need to get my elbows quicker!!! Wow!!! great times this am!! Aud, your cleans were solid!!!! I liked this wod – still lots of room for improvement!!!
Kris, great class thanks!!
15:03 @ 145# vs July 25 14:28 @ 125#
Thanks Kris!
14:17 as rx’d. I was worried about the 7 rounds and the weight so, I paced my runs and didn’t take off and then die like I normally do. Thanks Kris for the good coaching!
145# mostly split power cleans 15:10 min (last time was 19 something).
Maybe last time I tried to do regular cleans. I don’t really remember. I am sure I am way quicker doing split power cleans. Coach is split power cleans rx’d??
Warmed up with 175 then dropped 10# for WOD.
165# 15:18
NOTE: Do 175# next time!
The HULK was hiding on the opposite side of the gym, so I didn’t see him sneaking up!
Thanks Kris, for giving me the confidence to try 75lbs!
15:11

Gymnastics targeted training
Lots of new stuff
13:57 @62lbs this weight was light once I got the hang of getting power from my legs and hips. Should be able to move up in weight next time.
Rebecca:
14:42 as Rx’d- complete with epic collar bone bruising!!!
Yes Alvaro, I’ll take it…..meaning the split power clean.
15:26 @125lbs
I need to improve my technique as that’s what was slowing me down and from not going higher.
Great WOD though.
