Did WOD from WED, Sept 19. (No rowing machine)

20 min as many sets as possible:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
Finished 7x in 20 minutes
-All pull ups assisted by spotter
-Actually did 15 push-ups/set accidentally! All military (from toes) except last 15=girls
-All air squats (body weight only)
Finished with 2.4km run 13:22
