Every :30 for 5:00:
3 behind the neck snatch grip push presses

 

EMOM 12:
1 power snatch
1 hang squat snatch
1 overhead squat
– Build in load across the 12:00.

Goal today was to work on hang snatch and catch as low as possible. When it gets heavier or I get tired the barbell doesn’t land overhead so I lose it forward. Mobility and technique work required 🫣

Stayed for open gym for a .com WOD:
5 rounds
50’ OH walking lunge 45# barbell
21 burpees (I did to 6” target in rig)

Lunges unbroken except for minor pause turning around.
Burpees slow flop down and crawl up.
