75 lb OHS (light for my arms but heavy for my legs)
GHD raises – all legit except for 5 or so in round 3 where I had to use my hands

During the runs I asked my legs, heart and lungs if they could go a bit faster. They all agreed they could. When I said, “OK, let’s go.” nothing happened.
OHS unbroken but slow.

Gina we are going to miss you, have fun in school you will do great. 20:25 as rx’d, although some of the GH Raises were a little pathetic. Was hoping for a sub 20, hopefully next time. Great job 10am class, thank Todd.

Started at 47lbs, but dropped weight and then went down to 44lbs. I think I could have stayed at 47lbs. first GHD set made me a little weak.

Everything was unbroken except for round 4 of the GHD raises. Runs were pretty slow too!

27 something, GHDs were one by one and I was trying to do OHS with good form as I had Todd and Cory “cheering” for me. I just stopped a few times, talked to people etc. Not a good day for speed
