A. EMOM for 8 minutes complete:

3 forward/reverse shuttle sprints – distance to be determined

B.  EMOM for 6 minutes complete:

50’ handstand walk

C.  EMOM for 4 minutes complete:

10 tuck jump burpees

D.  AMRAP in 2 minutes of:

8 pike raises

12 front plank hip taps

E.  AMRAP in 1 minute:

Switch lunges

Coach’s notes:

Note, no rest between sets. Post results for all sets to comments.

C 3 burpee ( not a lot of tucking)
D- 3 rounds amrap
