DB Hang Clean
Knee to Elbows
Push-up
Coach’s notes: Guys use 35 lbs. for the DB hang clean and gals use 20 lbs. or scale as needed. For knees to elbows, knees must at least come past parallel to count, but bring them as high as you can, ideally reaching your elbows. Post time to comments.
