A. Complete As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) in 15 minutes of:

25 Toes to Bar
50 Cal Row
75 Push-ups
50 Box Jumps – 24”/20”
25 Pull-ups

B. 10 rounds for virtuosity of:

30s Handstand Walk or Hold

30s REST

A. Fun WOD, chasing DJ hurt.
1 round + 47 cals.
B. Managed 8 rounds with a 30 ft. walk and then just tried to hold for the remainder of the 30s. The other 2 rounds held handstand for 30s. This was a challenging finisher.
