17:01 as rx’d, KB Swings felt heavy today after Elizabeth yesterday. Thanks Brett. Great job everyone in the 11am class, that was a tough WOD mentally….and physically.


Even though I was in Brett’s 9:00 a.m. class, it took me until now to get my fine motor skills stable enough to write this post! 22:36; 42 lb and 1 pood.
