Coach’s notes:  Stole this one from the rowing certification yesterday, thanks Angela!  Guys use 65 lbs and gals 45 lbs for thrusters.  Post time to complete to comments.

Attention CF Preschoolers – class today at 3 pm will be cancelled for this week only.  Classes will resume on Sunday, November 1.

Pull ups with green band (probably should have been blue band but couldn’t get my head around pulls up today)

OOPS..My above time is NOT correct..sorry- I was delerious when I finished and thought it was 21 but after talking to my kids ( who were watching) they said, “you were on the floor at 23” – so I guess my time was 23:04.


I am not sure of time. It was 20 seconds after Katie. I had to use the purple bands for pull ups. Also did all push ups as rx’d except for 2. This was a difficult work out. I really need to work on my rowing. Thanks Brett.


Fun one! 23:15. Used the blue band BUT today I finally clicked on the kipping. So next time I will try purple or not at all. Did most of the push ups normal and a few Ladies ones. Used 45 lbs for thrusters. Thanks Brett.
