Ahhhh where did everyone go?? I know it takes me time to complete some WOD’s but this is ridiculous.
Neil – it looks like you should be saying, “Ready or not, here I come.”
Hey everyone, DJ is brave enough to let us vote on his costume for CFC 4. The options are a princess, ballerina, Gilligan from Gilligan’s Island or a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle. Please post your vote to the comments or let me know in person. Thanks!

Blaine-sure glad I chose Grace over the chipper……..WOW!
Nice work Rebecca, Erin, and Chelsea!

4:20 as RX’ed.. I second the angry face. WAY, way, way far off my PR, so a bit frustrating.

Ok Let’s make Coach proud of his programming:

Tried again in November 2009 8:12
Today: 5:42
I dont know what it is but I suspect we are doing something right 🙂
Thanks Brett, Blaine, Cory and Brent for keeping me going. It was very hard to keep up with Taylor’s plan of 1 every 10 seconds for me to be under 5 min. maybe next time.
By the way, Neal’s picture today is hilarious!!
did one round of the chipper, got too dizzy and called it a day as passing out was not a fun option…next time.
5:22 as rx’d woohooo- last time was 9:42- so, yes Brett, your programming is fantastic! Thank you!! Also thank you sweet Erin for counting for me- that helped a ton!!
Neil, that picture is hilarious!
oh- my vote is ballerina for DJ!!
Haha, love the picture, was the WOD hide and seek for time? Grace as rx’d 3:06, PR by 46 seconds. I want to say a BIG thank you to everyone who showed up today for the WOD and donated money towards the Canadian Cancer Society. We raised $350 today, which I think is pretty fantastic and far exceeded my expectations. The kindness and generosity of this community never ceases to amaze me, so again thank you. Brett, thank you for supporting for this event and giving people several options for their WOD today:) Great job everyone, some huge PR’s today.

Great job Alvaro.. sub-5 just is just around the corner.
6:43 as Rx’d. First time doing Grace. With everyone doing so well vs their last time, I and looking forward to the next time. I was going to suggest DJ as a ballerina, but seeing him in a Tu-Tu will just give me nightmares. 🙂
