100 / failed @ 105 / tried to push press it instead of jerk…..next time…


50X10, 55X5, 60X3, 65X3, 70X3, tried to do 75 but could not jerk it up, tried 3 times, went back down to 70X3


800m Sprints *3 5min rest
Did this out the back alley from the gym at home in the dark, not the best idea but it worked

2:51, 2:52, 2:58
Tough one for sure.
