To the person that put a 16 lb wall ball in the 20 lb wall ball slot… thank you and shame on you for making me feel like I was actually stronger. My injured thigh appreciated it. My ego was slightly bruised after the WOD when I realized I had the wrong weight. Damn you all to hell.

On another note. This shit works. I’m actually getting stronger at the pegboard ascents. I guess I can call this a PB. Did push-ups Rx up to 5th round.
