“Make up Sunday”

That thruster/cindy combo looks nasty!


Given that we already have open gym on Saturday, I would suggest “Benchmark Sunday” . Every week we could tackle a board workout. That way we can maintain the fun element of the class through structured team coaching and competition. I can only speak for myself but I look forward to going through all the board workouts. Good work today guys and gals, fun times.


I like the idea! I had to take the day off,as I was aching all over and I went through all the week wods and noticed I did them all which is not a good resting sign!


It was between Thruster/Cindy wod or yesterday’s…I ate too close to class so I did yesterday’s. That was a good one and a fun class to watch (during my rest of course). Thanks Brett!


I did Mondays WOD and posted results there.
I think the make up Sunday is a great idea.
