Felt really good today actually. Been quite a while since I’ve been able to snatch/lift at all. Stayed super conservative worked up very slowly and did 2-3 sets at just about every weight, just really focusing on hitting positions and getting the feel back. Love these Sundays!

This was definitely a day 7 in a row, everything was more effort than it should have been.
Took four attempts to get one at 135, but once I did the second one went up easy.
Tried 145 twice and while the first rep felt great, I couldn’t get the second one for love or money.
