worked up to a max of 130lbs, very pleased as my previous PB was a 1RM of 105.
A BIG thanks to Michelle and Brett for the encouragement and coaching.


Rebecca – max 105 lbs
Blaine – need lots more split jerk practice – 135 lbs.


focused on technical work…135lbs lots and lots of reps…


Worked up to 220lbs for 1, felt good. Ran out of time.


G: same as Steve. Break through on quickly driving the back leg
K: 85 88 93 95 100 105 107.5 110 (2f) focus on driving back leg and need to work on front shin being perpendicular to floor [not over 90].


Worked on technique at 85lbs


85/95/105/115/125/130
Tried 135 then went down to 130


45/55/60/65/75/80
I’ve never done 80. Felt good but shakey.


messed up the shoulder again with the HSPU’s last week…Substituted front squats for split jerk…

128×3, 133×3, 138×3, 143×3, 148×3, 153×2 (failed on 3rd)
