A.  Complete As Many Round As Possible (AMRAP) in 12 minutes of:

5 Front Squats – 185#/125#
10 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
20 Double Unders

B.  Spend any time remaining working on your skipping.

185# is a weight that can start to add up for me, so just tried to keep a consistent pace, worked well for me today.
7 rounds + 3.

5 rounds*
*Finished with a some single Unders in the final round just to keep moving right until the end.
Learned something new today. Couldn’t figure out why I was lightheaded/dizzy through much of the WOD, particularly after the front squats. Coach told me after the class that I was likely choking myself out a little bit on the front squats which could have been causing this. Makes sense cause 185# gets heavy for me and so I have to have a solid front rack with the bar nice and tight to my throat.
