Ohhh, a nice lazy sunday workout. I remember Blaine making this look really easy….
Yeah, I recall him just lying down, hanging out outside during this.
Did Grace as rx’d – 3:25. A 5 min PR from one year ago. Did at work gym and had to lower the weight on every rep, no dropping allowed

I like every exercise in this wod but K2E (they were done in singles pretty much)- still everything fell apart verry badly- poor meal planning this am- eating wayyy too close to wod. 29:55, I never even ended up with angry face for this one. I skipped angry face and was just sitting on my deadlift bar, smiling. So in the pantheon of ugly workout faces I am elevating smiley evil laugh face above angry face. And this is by far, a workout to bring out smiley evil laugh face.

Thanks Katie. It was very hard getting through those push press considering that weight was very close to my max. Next time, I would like to get my time closer to everyone else.
