Tabata Intervals for reps of:


  1. Push-ups
  2. Box Jumps – 24”/20”
  3. Rope Hang
  4. Wallballs – 20#/14#
  5. Handstand Hold

Post results for each movement, per round to comments.

WOD Leaderboard

In this order:
WB’s – 71 reps. Tried to hit 10 per round.
HSH – 15 seconds for most rounds.
PU – not very many. These were shot from the handstand holds before they even started. Went immediately to the knees.
BJ – 56 – 7 per round the entire way.
Rope hold – managed at least 15s per round. Feet on the ground with straight legs at about a 45 degree angle.
