Not sure what we call today’s OPT wod but I think I will call it “up and down” because that is all I did is go up and down off the floor.

400 m run(just a bout didn’t make it up the driveway hill)
10 push up burpess to jumping chin ups tall bar.

All OH lunges done straight through and did sit-ups outside…probably saved 30-45 seconds w/o going back inside…good strategy…

Did an outdoor workout. Sit ups felt easy and then I realized I was on a slight incline that worked in my favor. Oops!
