SP @ 42 : 10, 5/5, 4/3/3, 3/3/2/2 for last 2 rnds
DU : think I got 1 in the first rnd! Should struggling after rnd one so switched to 80 singles…..
HSW: subbed WW, 1st rnd did 3, 2 after that……by the last 2 rnds they were about 4″ less close to the wall and not so much walk down as fall down!
This got old really quick……I would say after the 1st rnd, so a good 16mins too long!

I kept my sp light so I can work on my wall walks. Thanks for your feedback today Jason! I’ll start working on the hollow position and holding tighter while on the wall. Thanks Kimmer!

Not sure what I was thinking, but I did 20sp in round 2.
DU’s were really good today with 3 of 5 rounds unbroken. I guess the practice yesterday helped.
First time attempting HSW in a couple of months and it showed.

A) Deadlift with 5 second down

I used 375 (73.5% for all sets). Crazy difficult.
B) Wave loaded Bench
78% x 5, 83% x 3, 88% x 2
83% x 5, 88% x 3, 93% x 2
C) AMRAP Pushups 4 sets with 2 min rest

Pretty tired from A/B.
