Blaine: 5:22 managed all DU straight through until I failed on rep 8 of the round of 10. DOH!

Thanks for the great warm-up tips Gord!! I wasn’t ever able to string 50 DU together until today.

I skipped once between every DU. I still can’t seem to string them together but I imagine that I can cut my time down significantly once I do.

Double unders broken at rep 2 of 40 and rep 8 of 10 as well! Situps were unbroken, but really slow towards the end.

That’s a killer time Blaine for never having done 50 unbroken DUs before.

10:20 – oh dear, still very inefficient on DUs – for some reason I just spaz out doing these things. Jeff, your comments suit my DUs too. Anita, you did so amazing! Your DUs are absolutely perfect – Way to go! Thanks Gord for the great warm up.

Rick – 10:32 – about a minute slower than last time – DU’s started good but fell apart – Gord commented he thought I was almost doing triples – may need a little work on timing 🙂

Stopped at 49 DU instead of 50, so had to do 1 more. Then tripped up at like 14 or so of the 20. Otherwise unbroken which is sweet.
