1:00 Bear Crawl Side Shuffle (corner to corner)
1:00 Deadlift – 135#/95#
1:00 Double Unders
1:00 Kettlebell Zercher Hold – 1.5/1.0 pood
1:00 REST

Had to sub. due to some Frankenstein toes isuues.
1. Push-ups – 30/30/30/30/28 = 148
2. Deadlift – 30/30/30/30/30 = 150
3. Assault Bike – 15/15/15/5/12 = 62, had to literally “rest” on round 4.
4. Zercher hold – complete.


Bear crawl shuffle – avg 8.5 diagonals per round
DL @ 85# – 17 per round
DUs – awful the first 2 rounds, much better last 3 with unbroken sets between 12 – 26 (just once!) – so as with most CrossFit movements, my form improves when I get tired!!
Z holds – 1pd – switched sides at 30s mark for R1 to 3 which meant a slight break but after forgetting which side I was switching to in R3 (🙄??) held all left for R4, right R5
