Accessory Sets: 3 sets of Double at 88% (260#)
B)
Every 3 minutes: 2 Press, 3 Push Press starting at 50% of 1RM and building by 5% each set
Managed to do complex at last recorded 1RM of 175#.
C)
Ring rows: 5 sets of 8-12

1. 2RM front squat – worked up to 225#
1(a). FS 3 sets of 2 @ 88% of 1 – all sets at 205#
2. Every 3 minutes 2 strict press & 3 push press, starting at 50% of 1RM and increase each set.
65/75/85/95/105/115/125(failed the final push press)
3. Did my own thing and worked on muscle-ups for the first time in months. Did 7 muscle-ups in 7 minutes.

rx’d but did 15 GHD’s for all rounds, as I did 60 yesterday. then after I finished the WOD I felt a bit guilty and did the remaining 25 reps right after.
total working time with 15 GHD reps: 19:02, then with the remaining 25 reps tacked on, 20:38.

HSPU from a box.
10 GHDSU per rounds.
20 BJ @ 24″ per round. Good part was I did all jumping, no step ups even after my near miss.
DU still a work in progress, 1 min. practice each round.

Did this one on November 12th. Rx’d except for handstand push-ups. Did some rx’d push-ups, some lowers and some attempts. Hard but good one. 21:15 working time.
