I failed the jerk on rep 30 at around 7:45 trying to get it under 8. First time as rx’d for me though.

9:41 as rx’d – yes, it was slow but, I finished without hurting myself – I did that during the warm up! I hope next time I try Grace, I’ll have better form and do it much faster! Michelle – you are an inspiration – 3:30 – that is truly amazing!

Nice work on ‘Grace’ EVERYONE!!! Those of us who had a course upstairs today couldn’t resist watching once the WOD started. Great to feel the energy and see such effort…rx’d or not. Ali…BIG congrats on meeting your goal of sub 4min!!! And Katie…awesome work on the as rx’d ‘Grace’.
