Did yesterdays WOD with Cory and Carmen instead.

30 Burpies
15 Deadlifts (225 ibs)
50 Walking Lunges
15 Toes to Bar
30 Shoulder Press (SCALED TO 10 Ibs from 85 Ibs)
50 Box Jumps
15 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
30 Back Extensions
50 Squats

Carmen and Cory still kicked my butt even after I scaled…Time: 19:29.


Did yesterday WOD as rx’d.

Shoulder press was challenging, was doing singles for the last 12 reps.

Worked up to 62#. Did multiple reps at some of the weights to get to a rep that was solid. The 3rd time at 62# went really well, so I know that I have more in me.
