Didn’t mark down each round – total time 27:03 = 17:03 without breaks


If we had added sumo deadlift high pulls to this workout it would have been my 4 least favorite things.

Done on a soccer field with vibram 5-fingers.
3:06/3:21/3:15/3:18/3:11. Total 16:11
