Fantastic Ali – go for the 2’s!!!
…160, 165(f) x 3
Rick – started at 155 and worked up to 185. Failed the first time, went back to 181 then made 185 on the second try. Tried 190 but didn’t quite get there. Next time!
Adelle – worked hard on improving form 🙂
65/70/75/77.5/80/85/90/95/100/105(f) definitely a pb for me.
I couldn’t have imagined when I started CrossFit 14 months ago (and couldn’t do even one full squat without weight) that I’d ever do a front squat with over 100lbs across my shoulders.
ML – 115 – last time I did front squats, reached 100
Way to go Lynette, that’s fantastic!
I told myself I’d squat a small house today…
132.5/137.5/142.5/147.5/152.5
Maybe not today. Possibly next time though…
awesome lynette! and ali nippin at 200lbs, wow!
D 185/200/215/225/235/245(f)/245(PR)
