Wanted to come in for this one; it looked really good. Hubby’s on call though, so went for a bike ride with the kiddos in the trailer instead. Beautiful ride with long, terrible hill to finish off. Great times in summery weather!

2 rounds plus 30, Sit-ups.

Part II:

Part A: 3 rounds + 50 Back Extensions
Part B: DU – 37/15/24/16/13/23/16/16 = 160
Switch Lunges – 14/15/15/15/15/15/15/16 = 120
