2 rounds did regular route, 3rd round did parking lot (twice) *seeing which had less wind* (Stick with hill) pullups, DU’s UB

8:58, run was slower than I wanted, but everything else felt pretty good.

went to singles on third round of DU’s, leg still giving me grief.
Liked the deadlift practice in warm-up…

Clean and jerk 185#, did clean 195# 3 or 4 times but couldn’t jerk it today.
Did wod after in 12:42
Run 5k with Mike and Trent without a watch

Got a cold PR in warm up, clean 195#
Ran 5k with Alvaro and Trent
Felt slugish today time for a rest day or two πŸ™‚

12:37 as rx’d my legs were still really sore from Friday. The back extensions during the warmup were especailly painful. Nothing better than a workout that lingers for days and days…

pretty sure the “to the tree and back twice” route isn’t quite 400m cuase there’s no way I did my first run in the same amount of time as Jordan “Speedster” Amatto
