Did my 1 rep max squat snatch 12 times today. Need to worry leas about getting the snatch and more about how to complete. In today’s case it was thinking about jumping. Aka – get out of my head.

Did this on Friday open gym. 24:43 Rx’d. Was something like (4:19/13:54/24:43). Tough one.
