Important Reminder – Starting today all classes, (including today’s CrossFit Kids class at 3 pm), will no longer be held at OPT. Rather, all classes are running at the new CrossFit Calgary Headquarters in the Crowfoot Crossing Business Park, located at 11, 141 Crowfoot Way NW (located beside Minit Lube in the NW corner of Crowfoot Crossing).

We finally did it! After 2 years of talking about it, the day has come; we are in the new CFC HQ. Thanks for all your hard work, commitment and for sharing our passion for fitness. Worked up to 131.5, not a PB as I had a Clean PB (136) earlier in the week. Instead, I focused on technique under heavy load.
Awesome Day! Almost got a speeding ticket on the way to CrossFit this morning because I was so excited.
Rick worked up to a PB of 128.15
Adelle 62, not sure if it is a PB or not, can’t remember the last time I did this one.
Thanks for all the coaching from James and Erin, it was great to do the WOD in the new place. Congratuations CF Calgary!
