5 Rounds of: 500m row, 20 Thrusters w/ 39lbs, 5 K2E…I put all of the stuff I hate doing into one workout. This was a bad and very painful idea. I have no idea how long it took me, but at least I finished. Thanks for keeping me going Ali and Olga!

Ali showed me video of my clean. Decided to work on form. Above 100 lbs I feel like my hip drive barely does anything so I start trying to compensate by pulling early.

First time trying these since intro class and I was really looking forward to them. First three sets 32/42/52 felt great, then things went wonky on set 4 but I eventually managed a set of 57#. Had no hip drive and worked back down to 32 just trying to figure out form. Glad I could provide a little bit of comic relief along the way, Ali, and thanks for all of the tips. I’ve got homework to do!

the last one at 225 was pretty ugly

65/85/95/105/115×2 (fail last one)/115×1 (fail)/115×2 (fail last one)
Every time I failed the bar was high enough, need to work on droping faster under the bar.
Worked my way up to 215lbs on deadlifts (just for fun), felt good but run out of time.
Thank you so much Ali for the tips and insights, it is always great talking to you!

It seems that most of my Olympic lifts (except the snatch and DL) are around that mark. I would say trying to get to that mark. I will keep chipping at it!! Thanks Coach for your encouragement
