100 sledge hammer strikes – 50/side

100 single arm DB med ball bench press – 50/side

 

Complete 5 rounds for reps working for 90s:

10 alternating hanging hip touches

10 box jumps – 24”/30”

AMRAP double DB bear crawl – 20#/35#/20ft. = 1 rep

REST 90s
