Deadlift 180lbs
Pushups – Regular – knees up. Needed to rest and start up again to get full numbers.
Clean – 52lbs to get technique right. Can go up next time.
27mins to complete. Lots of rest between reps 5 to 7.

Hard workout…Tabala was still harder.

Note for Snatch yesterday…need to keep knees in line. Impact caused soreness today.

I scaled: DL 100, Clean 65 (for 2 rounds and 45 for the rest). This was harder than I thought. The push-ups from my toes keep getting better.
