Coach’s notes:  Guys use 1.5 pood (55lbs) and gals 1.0 pood (35 lbs) for the KB swing.  Post time to complete to comments.

Warm-up – shovel deck so can get out of house
WOD – 1 round for time — shovel to car, shovel around car, push 2 cars out of the alley. Note: Don’t bother to start car.
Post WOD – mental exercise – “why did I bother to get up so early and not just wait for the snow to end”
Looking like this will be a home WOD….

No excuses…I had the same WOD today…was a gooder! I did leave the house, and found some nice people to assist on intentionally burying my car again in snow, wear I parked it so I got a repeat on WOD. Some people are so friendly…
